Shipping Time/Expedited Shipping
Most approved orders leave our warehouse within 1 business day. Normally you will receive your package within 4-7 business days.

Orders are approved once payment has been received and all shipping and billing information has been verified. This process is notified here and messaged in your account here, but under extenuating circumstances may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Method
We use a variety of carriers. Depending on your order quantity and shipping address. Promise you of safe shipping and right items. These include: FedEx, USPS and DHL.

International Orders
Orders arrive in 5 to 7 business days and can be tracked to your door on line in time.

Exchanges/Refund

When you receive the shoes without satisfaction, you can return the shoes to us within 7 days. To ensure that your return is processed correctly and that you are properly credited, please follow the instructions below.

However, you should pay for the shipping for return and what's the most important is that the shoes should be not damaged or worn. Pls make sure the shoes are perfect before you return to us.

Once we receive your return-package, we will check the shoes whether perfect and send an email notification of any returned credit. If they are, we will send the refund or resend other shoes as you require with 2 business days. If you have requested an exchange, a new shipment confirmation will be sent to you and you will receive email notification of shipping information. If there are any issues or problems with your return/exchange, nike-shox1 will notify you via telephone or email.

If you need to exchange for a different product, contact Customer Service saleoffer@hotmail.com and submit a request to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Be prepared to provide our customer service representative with your name and order ID number.
